Customized Employment Contracts
We provide the drafting, review and setting up of customized employment contracts (such as a basic employment contract) and related documents for Employers in any industry.
All our contracts adhere to all legal requirements and are based on the Basic Conditions of Employment Act as well as the rules and regulations of your specific Bargaining Council and industry.
Apart from a customized basic employment contract, we
also provide the following employment contracts:
- Fixed term contracts (From date to date)
- Indefinite period contracts (no end date)
- Contingency / Part–time contracts (if and when
needed)

We provide niche end-to-end contingency recruitment
services specializing in the recruitment and placement of
HR roles only.
Skills Development Facilitation
We fulfill the role of a Skills Development Facilitator and provide assistance to ensure your company’s annual submission of the Workplace Skills Plan, Annual Training Report and Pivotal Plan is done timeously.
We register at the relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities SETA(s) as your company’s Skills Development Facilitator (SDF).
We act as a liaison with the relevant industry SETA on behalf
of your company to help you claim for the mandatory grant.
We are able to:
- Conduct Skills Audits
- Identify training needs and make recommendations for BBBEE purposes where applicable
- Assist with an organizational skills gap analysis
- Assisting with the development of a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and submit it to the relevant SETA
